I started to feel the baby kick a few weeks ago, but over the past day or two, it has gotten much, much stronger. Yesterday, Poppy kicked so hard that my arm actually moved up off of my belly where it had been resting!
So today at work I decided to do a little experiment. I put my iPod headphones against my belly and Poppy started kicking really hard, but he/she would only kick when I played Coldplay! I tried a ton of other music, but nothing worked as well as Coldplay. I am so proud of Poppy - great taste in music already, haha :O)

How cute that the baby already has your taste in music! Isn't it so fun?! Love the sonogram pictures. Amazing how much you can see of the baby! Hope you're feeling well.
Joshua used to kick like crazy when I'd put U2 on! He would also kick really hard when I put a glass of ice water on my belly. He'd go all calm when it was hot tea. :) I love the sonogram picture of Poppy's little foot. Yay for sonograms!!
i bet he (notice i say he) would like jason mraz too. you should try it! and of course he likes coldplay, it was his first concert in July!!!!!
